Fertility Foundations is our signature comprehensive approach to preparing your body for a healthy pregnancy. Inside this method we uncover the underlying imbalances that contribute to infertility and miscarriage and create a personalized plan to correct them. We walk along side you for 12 weeks as you implement your plans to help you tweak things as needed, answer questions, and provide support. You will get real answers about what's going on in your body, close support from an expert, and a plan tailored to you.
You'll click below to check out, but first some details. Lab fees and supplements are billed separately from the program fees outside of the initial functional bloodwork that is included in your program. Deeper functional labs may be recommended if your case calls for it and those are billed separately. We work with both Rupa Health & Evexia and will give you a link to order labs during onboarding. Blood draws will be completed at a local Quest or Labcorp and the other kits are done from home and shipped back to the lab.
Supplements average $150-250/month (the more you are able/willing to do with food the less supplements are needed).
