If you give us your phone number and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from The Functional Fertility Clinic. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

These include our website and CRM platform (GoHighLevel), payment processors, our client portal (Practice Better), video call tools (Zoom), email and file storage (Google Workspace), and lab partners when you order labs. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or if our business is sold or merged.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, such as secure platforms, access controls, and encrypted payment processing. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot promise perfect security.
We keep your information as long as we need it to provide our services, meet legal and tax requirements, and resolve disputes. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it by law
