The anxiety of not knowing what was off in my body has been replaced by a sense of control knowing now most of the hidden factors in my health. Also, I do not feel as emotional, no deep dives into depression, anxiety or anger. Mood/emotions feel a bit more stable
It's pretty remarkable: Before and after having our son, I always figured I was a tired girly who just needed her coffee throughout the day and now I'm realizing the huge difference that nutrition makes! As I write this, I'm energetic and productive while my son naps - not long ago I'd groggily be crawling into bed for my own nap because my energy levels were just so zapped!
I have fabulous news. Look at this positive ovulation test. 😱 I don't think I have ovulated on my own in years. We are making progress!!!!
Just to update I got a positive on my pregnancy test I took and did call my Dr to get a blood test a couple hours ago and it came back positive as well!!! (: Just wondering what I should/shouldn't be taking now that I am pregnant! praying for a successful pregnancy <3
